When a baby is created, a mother is formed.

I offer Holistic Doula support from pregnancy to postpartum. I specialize in birth photography and placenta encapsulation. Evidence shows that doula support can decrease the risk of cesarean, risk of a low 5- minute Apgar score, the use of pain medication, shorten labor & the use of pitocin. Labor support increases satisfaction, and the chance of a spontaneous vaginal delivery. my favorite part of being a doula is being able to assist my clients in feeling empowered about their birthing experience.

Birth Support

I provide nurturing support to expecting mother’s through pregnancy, and during delivery through emotional, informational, educational, and hands on support. We curate a birth plan together, and figure out which type of support, and birthing techniques better suite the clients needs during labor and delivery.

Birth Photography

Through birth photography, I am able to capture my clients birth story and they are able to look back on these memories forever.

Placenta Encapsulation

I provide placenta encapsulation as postpartum support to my clients. Placenta prints, salves, and tinctures can be added on or purchased separately.

This work has always been about more than birth. It’s about support, presence, autonomy, and walking alongside families during some of the most transformative moments of their lives. As our community continues to grow, so does our commitment to offering deeply rooted, heart-centered care.
Adding another provider allows us to serve more families with the same intention, respect, and holistic support you know and trust.
Thank you for being part of this journey. 🤍

•TWO DAYS POSTPARTUM•

The world feels softer now-slower, quieter. Two days since birth, and your body is still in the sacred in-between. The womb that held life is gently contracting back, your milk is beginning to come in, and every ache, tear, and swell tells the story of how powerfully you brought your baby earthside.

You may feel raw and tender, both physically and emotionally. The hormones are shifting, your body is learning a new rhythm, and your heart is expanding in ways you never knew possible.

Now is the time to surrender.
To rest.
To be held.

Let warm soups and teas comfort your core. Keep your socks on, stay cozy, and allow your body to stay warm (it’s rebuilding from the inside out).

You are not meant to do it all right now. You are meant to *be*. To rest, to bond, to heal.
Every moment you spend wrapped up with your baby is medicine, for both of you.
Arlo got his first adjustment this week. We had a rough start to this postpartum journey, but I am beyond thankful for every second I am getting to love on our sweet boy. I’m also thankful for our chiropractor Dale, who was able to help me when I was in immense pain this week. Both Dale and his staff prayed over me before we left and I just feel so grateful for the support we have here. @wildrootswellnesstn
